Zero Ten is a sports performance consultancy set up by ex-international (& British Champion) Long Jumper Matt Burton to help maximise the performance of elite athletes.
We have worked with numerous athletes & teams from multiple sports. From professional & academy football players to professional rugby players, track & field athletes, combat sportsmen, power lifters & more.
We maximise sports performance through a number of services designed to develop athletes & ensure they reach their potential. We focus on initially getting to know a client's body (any imbalances or areas of weakness) through our in-depth screening process. Once we know which areas we need to address, we work to improve every aspect of performance including; speed, power, strength, agility, mobility, stability, quality of movement, mindset, nutrition, recovery & sleep quality/quantity.
Alongside our performance consultancy work with professional athletes, we provide performance therapy (sports massage, active release, myofascial release etc.) and high-quality one-to-one injury rehabilitation for the general population, using research-driven protocols from elite sport.
The name Zero Ten Performance is reference to the importance being sharp over 0-to-10 meters. It highlights our belief that power, acceleration & speed can be game-changing in elite sport.
